Returns and warranty

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't as you expected, here is how it works.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your order and request a refund.

To initiate a return, write to us at ohm.labstudios@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp +57 323 966 4491, indicating your name, order number, and reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions to coordinate the shipment.

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, and it is equivalent to the same value as the original shipping ($9,900 for Bogotá and Sabana Norte, $12,900 for the rest of the country). This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. All orders leave from and must be returned to Chía, Cundinamarca.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. If you need a different size or color, return your product for a refund and place a new order. It is faster for you and clearer for both of us.

Return conditions

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original shipping packaging.
• Discounted products only allow exchanges, not returns or refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned garment in Chía, we will process your refund within the following 5 business days to the original payment method, deducting the return shipping cost.

Warranty

All OHM garments have a 90-day warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects.

Write to us at ohm.labstudios@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp +57 323 966 4491 with your order number and clear photos of the problem. If the claim is valid, we cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents (bleach, heat, sharp objects), misuse, alterations, or failure to follow the garment care instructions.

Wrong or damaged product

If we send you the wrong product, or if it arrives with any defect or damage, write to us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases, we cover 100% of shipping and send you the correct product or a new one at no additional cost.

Order cancellation

You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched. Write to us at ohm.labstudios@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp +57 323 966 4491 and we will refund 100% of your purchase.

Do not send any garment back without contacting us first — we need to coordinate the details of the process with you.
