About OHM

OHM is a Colombian sportswear brand founded by Esteban Núñez and Santiago García, which combines performance and aesthetics in every garment. We believe that movement is a form of expression, and that daily effort brings us closer to our dreams.

All our products are 100% manufactured in Colombia.

Currently, the only official OHM store is this website. We also operate through our Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not have any physical retail locations or authorized distributors at this time.

It is our community initiative: we organize events where 100% of the profits are donated to local athletes, helping them achieve their dreams. Learn more on our About Us page.

Products and sizes

Our garments feature a regular/slim fit for the tank tops, and a regular fit for the training shorts designed to move with you without restriction. Each product page includes the specific fit type.

Check the size guide available on each product page before purchasing. If you have any questions, write to us via WhatsApp and we will help you choose the right size.

The materials vary according to each garment and the purpose for which it was designed (training, daily use, etc.). You can check the exact composition on each product's page.

We recommend hand washing for extra light garments. For all other garments, follow the care instructions on the label to maintain their quality and durability.

Orders & Payments

Simply choose your products, add them to the cart and follow the checkout process. You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.

We accept various payment methods through secure and authorized gateways (credit/debit cards, PSE, and other methods available at checkout).

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase, with a summary of your order.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Write to us at ohm.labstudios@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +57 323 966 4491 and we will refund you 100%. For now, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed; in that case, you must cancel it and place a new one.

Shipping

Yes, we ship nationwide from our distribution center in Chía, Cundinamarca.

For Bogotá and Sabana Norte (Chía, Cota, Cajicá, Sopó, Zipaquirá): 1 to 4 business days. For the rest of the country: 2 to 6 business days. Hard-to-reach areas (San Andrés, Chocó, Amazonas): 7 to 16 business days.

Shipping costs $9,900 (Bogotá and North Savannah) or $12,900 (the rest of the country).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow it in real time with the carrier.

The carrier will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to coordinate a reshipment or refund.

Returns, exchanges, and warranty

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your order for any reason and request a refund. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order; it is faster and clearer for both of us.

Discounted products are non-returnable, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Write to us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We cover 100% of the shipping and will send you the correct product or a new one, at no additional cost.

Yes, all OHM garments come with a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
