SHIPPING

We work with partner carriers and are subject to their timelines, terms, and conditions.

Our orders are dispatched from Chía, Cundinamarca.

For Bogotá and Sabana Norte (Chía, Cota, Cajicá, Sopó, Zipaquirá, and Bogotá): orders are delivered in 1 to 4 business days.

For the rest of the country: orders are delivered in 2 to 6 business days.

For remote areas (San Andrés, Chocó, Amazonas, and other outlying areas): shipments may take 7 to 16 business days, subject to carrier availability.

Shipping costs:

• Shipments to Bogotá and Sabana Norte (Chía, Cota, Cajicá, Sopó, Zipaquirá): $9,900
• Shipments to the rest of the country: $12,900

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track it in real-time with the carrier.

If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, the carrier will make up to 2-3 additional delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we will contact you to coordinate a reshipment (with an additional shipping cost) or a refund for the value of the products, deducting the shipping cost already incurred.
